Managing a diverse clinical caseload using autonomous clinical skills and broad in-depth theoretical knowledge. Play an integral part in contributing to audits, research and evaluation of local standards, policies and guidelines. All duties to be carried out in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and with regard to practice standards and protocols. About us Northern Moor Medical Practice is located in South Manchester on a leafy, residential road opposite Wythenshawe Park, and within easy access to transport links. We are a training practice for GP Registrars and medical students, and we form part of the Northenden and Brooklands PCN. The practice is led by 3 Partners, with a wider team including 3 salaried GPs, 1 practice nurse, an HCA, 4 GP registrars, supported by an administrative/reception team of 10 staff members. In addition, our ARRS team includes a pharmacy technician, physician associate, first contact physio and care co-ordinator. We have a list size of nearly 6,000, and which is growing year-on-year. presenting with long term conditions as well as providing preventative health care and promoting health and wellbeing Deliver specialist primary nurse led services, including chronic disease management (all areas of QOF) and enhanced service targets Perform cervical screening and promote breast awareness Administer adult and paediatric vaccinations, ensuring safe storage, rotation and
