Customer Queries: Promptly handle enquiries about orders, shipping arrangements, and collection/delivery dates, ensuring a seamless experience. Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear, accurate information and supporting product-related queries. Order Documentation: Use customer portals to identify and track orders, book freight collections, and monitor deliveries. Shipping & Export: Support export customers with shipping documentation and ensure timely, accurate information is provided. Finance Support: Work with the Finance and Sales teams to keep customers within their credit facilities and payment terms. Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Team Leader to update work instructions and ensure all systems are current. About You: Customer Focused: You are committed to delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour. Organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in a structured environment where attention to detail is key. You can maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ERP systems (full training will be given), customer portals, and standard tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
