Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are seeking a Defect Free Delivery Manager for a 24-month contract based in Leatherhead.

Job Overview:
The role provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem-solving and assessment. The primary focus includes DFD scope and definition, awareness, health checks, KPIs, training, monitoring of budget and schedule, and corrective actions to achieve DFD objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create inspection reports detailing conditions of work areas to ensure requirements are met.
* Recommend corrective actions.
* Apply knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify standards for project execution.
* Implement performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product safety, reliability, and maintainability.
* Maintain quality standards of products, procedures, and materials.
* Align quality management with product line performance needs.
* Responsible for the performance and results within a discipline or sub-group.
* Manage the delivery of objectives by leading and directing team members.
* Participate in developing functional strategies and global processes.
* Require a degree and 9+ years of experience.
