At South Lincs Vets, we're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team.
A Fulfilling Role
You’ll be working across our 24-hour veterinary hospital and our Pinchbeck Clinic, offering a varied and well-rounded caseload. Your daily responsibilities will include general medical nursing for in-patients, managing referral cases including orthopaedics and soft tissue surgeries, as well as emergency care. You’ll also play an integral role in theatre, assist with Schedule 3 procedures, handle radiography, perform lab work, and take on consulting shifts. Additionally, you'll operate x-ray and CT scans and have access to multiparameter monitoring equipment.

We’re more than just a veterinary practice - we’re a close-knit family, consisting of the main hospital and 4 branch locations. Our team is strong and dedicated, with 17 vets, including certificate holders in Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, ECC, and Medicine. Supporting them is a fantastic team of 50+ RVNs, SVNs, VCAs, ACAs, reception, and admin staff, all working seamlessly together to deliver outstanding care.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position requiring 42 hours per week over 5 days, with a variety of shift patterns. You will also be expected to work 1 in 5 Saturday morning shifts. Additionally, there are out-of-hours shifts every 1 in 20 weekends, from 7pm to 7am.
