We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join a reputable MEP contractor in Plymouth. The company offers career progression, has great staff retention, excellent company benefits as well as a car allowance on top of your basic salary.

Job Description
4. Good working knowledge/experience and application of NEC3/4 Options A/C/E forms of contract.
5. Good working knowledge/experience and application of BSRIA guide BG6 design framework for building services.
6. Minimum 5 years Project Management experience required.
7. Trade or higher qualifications in their relevant discipline.
8. SSSTS or SMSTS.
9. Must have the right to work in the UK.
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work on their own, as part of a team and lead a team to review the scope and determine requirements to deliver the works required.
11. Act as lead for the system/package of works.
12. Work in the spirit of the Contract and Company ethos.
13. Ensure coordination with other departments i.e. H&S/Quality/Commercial/Document Control/Design/Estimating/Other disciplines.
14. Engage, build relationships, collaborate, and coordinate with the Client/Consultant/Contractor/Subcontractor.
15. Cost forecasting.
16. Labour/resource forecasting.
17. Procurement of Subcontractors and equipment.
18. Input, production and maintenance of the programme/schedule of works.
19. Risk identification, management and mitigation.
20. Lead and undertake Consultant/Client/Contractor/Sub-Contractor design reviews.
21. Production and/or Management of CDP Designs/technical submissions/H&S/Quality documentation, inspections and reviews.
22. Create and manage the logistics plan.
23. Production of O&M manuals.
24. Manage security requirements.
25. Manage the delivery of on site works including testing & commissioning.
26. Management of Subcontractors with the above items.
27. Apprentice mentoring.
28. Line management and reviews of persons under their control and management.
29. Reporting of the above in accordance with the Project and Company protocols, procedures and systems.
