Direct response Employment Services is looking for a site services technician / installer to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Duties:
To undertake installation and service activities as required to meet the needs of your internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake installation and service activities as required by the demands of the business to ensure customer needs are satisfied in terms of quality and deadlines and ASL needs are fully met in terms of cost.
* Review work progress against set targets and provide regular progress reports to the Site Services Manager, Site Services Supervisor, or Project Manager as appropriate.
* Organise and check site file information, tools, personal protective equipment, safety equipment, and fixings as necessary to ensure smooth working processes.
* Adhere to Health and Safety standards/procedures as determined by the needs of the business, legislation, and as required on client sites.
* Provide feedback on service and installation procedures to your supervisor/manager and contribute to continuous improvement of working practices.
* Assist with coaching of employees new to the task/process to ensure swift understanding and attainment of necessary skills.
* Engage in production activities as required by the business.
* Pursue personal training and development to ensure personal and business success.
The exactness of this job description may vary according to changing business/operational needs, and you may from time to time be required to undertake other duties as the business may reasonably require.
Key Requirements:
It is essential for this role that you have a driving licence and ideally are accustomed to being in a customer-facing role. You will have a technical or mechanical background with ideally experience within installation.
This role will involve some occasional nights away for site installation, with expenses paid for.
