We now seek a Construction Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Construction Manager, you will lead the safe, effective and timely delivery of all site-based aspects of a project. You'll ensure that project delivery is consistent with our strategy, commitments, goals and contractual requirements, managing all operational staff and subcontractors to achieve these outcomes.
Additionally, you will:
* Deliver a completion strategy for the operational elements of the project
* Contribute to risk and opportunity management
* Assist with procurement procedures
About You
To be considered as our Construction Manager, you will need to demonstrate:
* Qualifications appropriate to the role
* Previous experience in the sciences (desirable)
* Extensive knowledge of safe systems of work
* Ability to plan and maintain a site set up appropriate for the scale of the project
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and provide reassurance and leadership
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Obtain and maintain the necessary health and safety qualifications required for the role. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are mandatory
