Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in a similar HR administrative role in the Energy Industry is desirable.
Recruitment and training administrative experience is beneficial.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality standards of work is essential.
Resourcefulness and excellent time management skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels are essential.
Demonstrable skills in adapting to change and promoting behaviours that meet the organisation’s aims and values are essential.
