Position Type: Full-time, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Daily Pay: £84.50 - £90.00 per day. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including: Autism (ASD) Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) Complex Learning Difficulties Challenging Behaviours You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for small groups of students. What We Are Looking For: Have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, SEMH, and complex needs. Be confident in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive learning outcomes. Be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment. A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is advantageous but not essential.
