Position Title: Finance Transformation Lead Location - Hybrid working (occasional visits to Reading and Midlands) Contract - Initial 3 Months- Opportunity to extend Day rate- Competitive Stanton House is partnering with a leading retail business which is currently focusing on improving and investing in people and processes. They hold a strong market presence and are embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation following a successful takeover last year. The client is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to join their long-term transformation journey. This role will initially involve scoping out all current processes, including finance processes, end-to-end payments, people processes, change processes, and ERP systems, before providing and implementing solutions to achieve higher efficiency and modernisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the scoping and evaluation of current business and financial processes. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and modernisation. Oversee the transformation of manual processes to automated systems. Collaborate with C-level executives to ensure alignment with business goals. Manage the integration and optimisation of ERP systems. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in leading large finance transformation programmes. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle. Strong ability to map out current processes, conduct evaluations, and develop improvement strategies. Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with C-level executives. Strong leadership and project management skills.
