3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Warminster
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
An opportunity has opened for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an IT company based in Warminster. The ideal candidate will have experience of support work up to 3rd line and have excellent Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
The company are offering a hybrid working model after the probationary period with up to 2 days working from home.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience working in support at a 3rd line level
* Excellent Windows Server knowledge: DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
* Microsoft 365 administration and Azure
* Network troubleshooting – VPN, VLAN
* Firewall management
* VMWare, Hyper-V experience ideally including project work and deployment
3rd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities:
* Working with the rest of the support team, assisting with internal and external projects and problems
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
* Providing excellent customer service
* Network troubleshooting and admin
* Installation, updates, upgrades and config
* Project deployments and migrations
