You will be working 3 x Rotating shift patterns- Monday to Friday, 0500-1400 £14.20 per hr Monday to Friday, 1330-2230 £14.20 per hr Monday to Friday, 2130-0530 £15.29 per hr We are offering 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day: Organise and manage yard activities. Ensure that all aspects of the yard operation are conducted safely. Report unsafe acts and conditions to management team. Take reasonable care for your health and safety and that of others. Be responsible for good housekeeping including sweeping, cleaning of storage areas and gritting when required. Manage XPO contractors in yard areas. Complete safety audits. Complete daily inspections of vehicle/trailer fleet. What you need to succeed at XPO: Must be flexible in working hours to support business needs. Previous similar experience would be an advantage. You will always work in a safe manner.
