What's the Mission?
Raise awareness of A&M to the wider world, bringing our A&M brand to life through innovative, engaging IRL activations including PR stunts and communications, events & immersive experiences to build deeper connections with our community and create an A&M lifestyle everyone wants to be a part of.
What does success look like?
* You will be the key contact and support for retail experiential activations, rolling out retail events strategy and supporting retail teams to execute their own calendar of events, giving them the tools to support this.
* You will be involved in the ideation, planning and execution of our IRL activations and events initiatives, ensuring they align to our wider marketing strategy, campaigns and commercial moments.
* You will support the experiential marketing manager in driving forward the calendar of events and experiential activity to sustain our London flagship (HOAM) as well as a number of new stores opening internationally across Europe and the US.
* You will develop clear creative briefings for our in-house design team to develop branded print and digital event collaterals for our activations, submit feedback and approve final designs with the experiential marketing manager.
* Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to brief and ensure deliverables are aligned ahead of activations including Ecommerce, CRM, Social and so on.
What would you like from me?
* You'll have strong organisational skills, and will be able to manage multiple projects at the same time to ensure all activations run smoothly, on time, paying close attention to detail.
* You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable driving awareness of A&M to our community and the wider world.
* You'll have a genuine passion for brand marketing and memorable and high impact events and activations, wanting to learn and grow in this field.
* Creative mind, comfortable trying new things and taking calculated risks so we can continually break boundaries!
