Job Title: Social Worker - Adult's Community Team Location: Doncaster Rate : £32 per hour An exciting job role has recently become available at the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult's Community Team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be conducting interviews and assessments to understand the needs of individuals and families. You will also develop plans to provide appropriate support, such as arranging care, resources, or benefits. Additionally, you will be required to offer emotional support and counseling to help clients cope with their challenges.
