Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are exclusively recruiting a Finance Officer for our successful Poole based client.
Reporting To The Head Of Finance, You Will Be Working Within a Small Finance Team And Have a Great Opportunity To Gain Good Experience In a Fast Moving Business. You Would Have Responsibility For:
1. Bank reconciliations on Sage 50 accounts
2. Assisting Suppliers with queries & payment details, making supplier payments
3. Reconcile day books from internal system to Sage 50 accounts
4. Allocate payment receipts on internal system
5. Cashflow & Forecasting
6. Monthly credit card reconciliations
7. Assisting the Head of Finance with month end processes
8. Prepayments & Accruals
9. Assisting with other accounting/admin projects
10. Assisting other departments as/when necessary
11. Resolving Pricing and Product issues
12. Undertaking training and development when necessary to update and maintain competencies.
A minimum of 2 years accounting experience is needed although there will be some element of training offered. Experience of Sage 50 is essential along with good Excel.
