Multi Trade
£42,120 per year
Local Building and Refurbishment Company with our office based in Rainham Essex require a Multi Trade to work with an existing team. You would be required to have a full knowledge of refurbishment work and have a timed severed apprenticeship in a trade. You must have a driving license as a vehicle will be suppled as you will be required to travel to site all over Essex and within the M25 area. Working hours are Monday – Friday 8-5pm with 1 hour breaks. This position is PAYE. You will need a CSCS card and you will require a DBS check. This position comes with 20 days paid holidays plus all bank holidays. A company vehicle with fuel card, company clothing, PPE Kit, and a company pension is available.
Rate of pay is £20.25 per hour as a Multi Trade person
SELF EMPLOYED as a multi-Trade
Must have your own vehicle, all tools to be 110V or battery. You should also have a DBS Check, or will to have one.
