About the Role : As the Team Manager for our Fostering Support and Retention Team, you will lead a dedicated group of professionals focused on the well-being and retention of foster carers. Your role will be vital in building strong, trusting relationships with foster carers, providing them with the support they need to navigate the challenges and rewards of fostering. Oversee the delivery of high-quality support services tailored to the individual needs of foster carers and the children in their care. Is committed to the support and retention of foster carers and improving the lives of looked-after children. Excels in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
