Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Administrator to be part of a team in the maintenance department.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, adhering to compliance at all times.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and inspections.
* Booking jobs with Engineers
* Answering Calls
* Checking emails
* Entering data on Company databases
* Assisting with general office tasks
* Liaising with customers to meet service levels
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
* Competent with Microsoft office suite
