National Account Manager Richmond, London Welcome to Craft Irish Whiskey Co. Who we are As our Regional Account Manager, you will be the face and voice of The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., responsible for promoting and enhancing our image and reputation. You will engage with the luxury on-trade market and industry professionals to drive brand awareness and sales. This role requires a passionate, knowledgeable, and charismatic individual who can effectively communicate the unique qualities of our brand and premium ultra-rare whiskey. What you will do Delivering bespoke education (including our Whiskey Sommelier Certification) and building elevated brand confidence within On Trade accounts, inspiring brand advocacy and ensuring front of mind presence Working collaboratively to identify opportunities and recommend change as required Building relationships and trust of key decision makers (e.g. beverage directors, buyers, bar managers) Creating and demonstrating the 'perfect serve' and rituals to On Trade accounts A familiarity with 5 landscape of the UK's hotels, restaurants & bar scene Who you are Passion for the spirits industry and experience in the premium category Experience working with whiskey and/or cognac Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Regional Account Manager within the spirits industry Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously How we work We are based in the office 5 days a week; we are a social bunch and have created a unique vibe in the office.
