About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day care of clients, promoting a caring environment, ensuring high standards of care, and implementing the Fundamental Care Standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day running of assigned clients Ensure clients receive care tailored to their individual needs Liaise with clients Investigate complaints and take appropriate action Work with CQC inspectors during inspections Ensure all client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments, is up to date Oversee carer placements and contracts Conduct regular spot checks and update care planning system Handle accident and incident reports appropriately Communicate regularly with carers and clients Assist in the completion of audits and subsequent action plans to improve business processes The overall scheduling and management of client rotas Participate in the on-call rota. Requirements And Qualifications: Eligibility to work in the UK Confident driver with access tocarfor visits Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to respond to emails and manage an efficient filing system Experience in liaising with professional bodies and inspectors Experience with Birdie would be desirable.
