Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be leading a team of colleagues with a high level of accountability. You’ll be hands on with business development activity and leading on client work. You’ll understand litigation processes and be able to work alongside our Personal Injury Litigation team and Court of Protection team. You’ll support Partners to grow the business and deliver excellent client service whilst undertaking high value and/or complex work within court of Protection.
Your role will involve:
1. Team leadership responsibilities
2. Working with our Personal Injury litigation team
3. Take instructions from clients and give legal advice
4. To meet all cost/fee targets where set
5. Actively support practice development and cross-selling
About You
6. 5yrs+ PQE in Court of Protection
7. Experience leading a team
8. Experience in business development and leading client work is essential
9. Understanding litigation processes alongside Court of Protection work
10. Some experience with Mental Capacity Work
11. High level of accountability
12. Leading and participating in practice development
13. Highly organised
14. Commercial awareness
15. Ability to work collaboratively and independently
16. Ability to work in a pressurised environment
