Lusona are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Assistant for a client based in Glasgow City Centre. Our client is a well-established Chartered Accountants and is looking to recruit a part-time payroll assistant on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for a broad range of clients.
2. Resolve pay-related queries and liaise with clients regarding payroll matters.
3. Ensure payroll deadlines are met.
4. Prepare payroll reports and documentation.
5. Produce P60s.
6. Process and complete multiple employer and employee pension schemes.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience of working within CA or Payroll Bureau.
2. SAGE experience.
3. Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner.
4. Confident with Excel and Word Microsoft packages.
This is a part-time position with hybrid working.
