Overview
We are looking for a French Speaker Dealer Support specialist to be the first point of contact for a key part of our dealer network. You will support Masimo Consumer’s premium audio brands by managing B2B dealer communications, processing orders, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong communication skills (both written and spoken), attention to detail, and confidence working with systems such as Excel, CRM, and SAP.
You’ll liaise with dealers, sales managers, planners, finance, and repair centres—playing a key role in ensuring our dealer partners receive excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
* Respond to dealer and B2B client queries via phone and email
* Enter and manage orders in SAP; follow up on order status and deliveries
* Track shipments and coordinate with logistics and planning teams
* Generate and manage reports using Excel and Fisher tools
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, planning, finance, technical support, repair stations) to resolve service issues
* Process product returns, credit notes, and warranty claims
* Follow up on service tickets (SAV PRO) and liaise with repair teams
* Provide product availability updates and suggest alternatives if needed
* Support sales team with stock movements, allocations, and special orders
* Monitor payment status and coordinate with Credit Control
* Help improve internal processes and minimize manual work where possible
Must-Have Requirements
* Experience in a customer service or dealer support role
* Fluent in French
* Experience with Excel, CRM tools, or SAP
* Confidence on the phone and professionalism in email communication
* Ability to understand technical products and service processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
