As Water Safety Administrator, your responsibilities in this role will include:
* Provide a full administrative support facility to answer queries from internal and external customers, mainly through telephone and online communication.
* Proactively contact Water Safety volunteers and partners as required to deliver or request information.
* Support the work of Water Safety volunteers and staff including visits, events, expense claim, travel and maintaining accurate database records.
* Support the work of Water Safety volunteers by training them on all relevant RNLI systems and providing ongoing support
* To be the 'go to' Water Safety representative as part of the wider RNLI administration support teams.
* Administer bookings of Water Safety work, ensuring all relevant data is captured for reporting and relationship management.
As a key member of the Water Safety Team, you will be passionate about water safety, have excellent customer service skills and be an efficient administrator who can support our team of volunteers and customers., GCSE or equivalent
* Customer service training or experience
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.
* Knowledge of using Oracle databases or similar.
* Problem solving.
* Experience of working with volunteers or customers.
* Data management and reporting
* Safeguarding knowledge
