Your Role:
* Oversee transport operations, ensuring deliveries run on time and to standard.
* Lead and support a team of drivers and transport staff, driving performance and engagement.
* Ensure full compliance with UK transport legislation and company policies.
* Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and problem-solve effectively.
What You Bring:
* Proven leadership in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment (Ideally as a Transport Supervisor).
* Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance within a corporate FMCG environment.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
* Adaptability to work across various shift patterns in a fast-paced setting.
* Commutable to Sheffield.
