As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician based at our site in Rawcliffe Bridge. The role involves working as part of a small multi-skilled team to perform routine maintenance procedures and help troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical or electrical problems with the manufacturing processes and supporting equipment and systems.

* Have the ability to work as part of a team to solve problems, contributing your knowledge and valuing the knowledge of others.
* Good written and verbal communicator, able to demonstrate an eye for detail.
* Competence in basic IT skills such as email, web applications or other IT systems.
* Commitment to ongoing training & development.
* Commitment to maintaining high safety, health & environmental standards.
* Able to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to ask questions.
* Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Experience of working with electronic maintenance management systems.
* A recognised mechanical qualification at level 3 or above and some experience of working within a relevant industry sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:

* Day-to-day tasks can vary greatly based on priorities and requires working closely with the maintenance, operations, quality, and engineering teams.
* The role will also involve interaction with specialised external contractors with the overall aim to allow production to operate safely and efficiently.
* The role is days based Monday to Friday with an on-call rota out of hours.
* You will also be required to work 10 weekends per year.
