Their services include full financing for new builds or conversions, traditional, timber, or modular construction with a project length of up to 18 months. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Salboy Build Partner based out of Manchester. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role will require UK-wide travel some during days of the week. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the UK property development/construction industry Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in project management is a plus Bachelor's degree ideal but not necessary Willing to travel UK wide
