Customer Service Advisor
Office Working full-time 35 hours per week in Dudley
Working Hours: Shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm (1 hour lunch)
Temporary assignment for approx. 1 month with potential to be extended
Pay Rate: £11.71 per hour with weekly pay

As Customer Service Administrator, you will provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers, assisting with queries, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs & installations with customers and engineers.
Customer Service Advisor - Duties & Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main contact for customer delivery and service queries.
* Answering inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule deliveries.
* Prepare documentation for installation teams to complete deliveries.
* Scan and upload documents for accurate record-keeping.
* Generate invoices for products and chargeable services.
* Provide empathetic support to customers.
* Answer calls professionally and deliver high-quality service.
* Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams.
Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Requirements:
* Excellent phone manager and communication skills.
* Accurate note taking of calls.
* Call compliance.
* Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
