We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our General Service Manager at our Head Office in Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team that values excellence and innovation
Role Purpose:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of the Service departments across all 21 sites. Your contributions will ensure seamless operations, and you will also provide assistance to the Warranty department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Service Manager, including drafting memos, letters, emails, and taking minutes of meetings.
Oversee the recruitment process for Service Apprentices, collaborating with HR, Service Managers, and local colleges.
Foster excellent communication between yourself, branch Service Managers, and Service Administrators, offering support when required.
Prepare letters and mail merge documents as needed.
Organise travel, accommodation, and courses for the General Service Manager and Service staff.
Update and maintain in-house training records in collaboration with the HR department.
Assist the Warranty team with administrative tasks as necessary.
Ensure the General Service Manager's online calendar is up to date, coordinating interviews and meetings effectively.Essential Skills/Experience:
