Role Overview:
Our client are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor or Partner to join their highly regarded Employment Law team in Reading, known for its excellence in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, collaborating with colleagues for support.
* Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
* Uphold the firm’s high professional standards and comply with quality benchmarks.
* Keep clients informed about the full range of services we offer.
* Engage in business development and networking activities to foster client relationships.
* Assist the Departmental Manager in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Requirements
1. At least 5+ PQE in Employment Law at a reputable firm.
2. A proactive and dedicated work ethic.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
4. A collaborative team player with a solid reputation.
5. Experience in mentoring junior colleagues and a passion for supporting team development and business initiatives.
