Infinigate Cloud are seeking a proactive, service orientated Business Development Manager to join their ambitious Cloud Partner Team. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Infinigate Cloud Partner Team and the attainment of individual and team sales targets, driving profitable futureproof growth for Infinigate Cloud, through increasing the number of partners transacting with us, the frequency of orders and the value of overall business from Infinigate Cloud’s partners.
This includes the initial recruitment and onboarding of new partners to Infinigate Cloud, the continuous business development activities into your set of allocated and recruited accounts, building relationships with vendors and some limited ongoing partner non-technical support.
This is a hybrid full-time position based ideally at our Fareham Office. For the right candidate, we would consider 1 of 3 other UK office locations. This role may require limited travel to industry/company events, and to partner locations. This role may also include very occasional international travel.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Working with the wider Infinigate Cloud Team and vendor teams, to drive and increase the overall profit, revenue of our business with Infinigate Cloud’s GB partners.
* Increase the frequency and value of orders, driving upsell and cross-sell with partners.
* Build and develop scalable cloud business plans with partners, using predominately Microsoft and Infinigate Cloud templates.
* Provide reporting on partner activities and progress.
* Guide partners through offer development, using pre-packaged offer / pricing guidance and planning templates. Leveraging Microsoft support and digital marketing materials. Promote and drive Infinigate Cloud’s managed services as directed or agreed with Head of Department, in conjunction with Marketing.
* Increase Infinigate Cloud’s Microsoft and other vendors reach – increase the number of partners transacting profitable Cloud Solution Provider business from us, to defined KPI’s.
* Drive and increase the frequency of Microsoft and our other vendors customers adds from our partners using repeatable packaged services and tactical initiatives.
* Manage vendor and supplier commercial programmes and campaigns, to drive revenue and profit working with the Marketing and Product teams.
* Assist with strategic vendor management for cloud solution products and services, working with the Product Team.
* Educate and provide product training into the Infinigate Cloud team and our partners on your assigned vendor commercial programmes.
* Partner Satisfaction – responsible for achieving individual, departmental and company KPIs in partner satisfaction.

Personal Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience.
* Knowledge of cloud services, including Microsoft’s Cloud offerings.
* Proven experience in successfully selling Microsoft cloud-based solutions.
* Evidence of being able to nurture strong business chief experience officer level relationships, to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
* A high level of computer literacy combined with strong Microsoft Office suite skills, with proven experience of accurately recording data in computerised systems.
