Source Solutions are working for a small but exciting and growing business in the technology and engineering space, to recruit a unique role that will utilise experience across office management and administration, whilst appealing to candidates’ desire to move into the marketing and content writing arena, for social media channels as well as other digital marketing forums.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Office and Marketing Assistant will be involved in a wide range of day-to-day operational activities such as various administrative duties for the running of the office as well as PA-type duties such as helping with booking flights and arranging travel for engineers and senior management.
Alongside this, the Office and Marketing Assistant will also be involved in helping to create copy and content for Social Media channels and other marketing routes, and so a desire to move into a role that encompasses marketing and strong writing skills are required. Being a highly technical company, an interest in engineering and technology would be highly beneficial as well.
Candidate profile:
* Strong administration/office coordination skills
* Some form of experience working in or with marketing professionals
