Robert Half are exclusively recruiting for a fast growth Private equity backed software business based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Finance Integration Specalist, to support on a flurry of acquisition pipelined for this business.
This role is based in Newbury and will require 3 days in office (Please note their are hotels local to the office)
Main Duties
1. Support the Group's M&A growth strategy
2. Pre-acquisition - Financial Aspects of Financial Systems Integration
3. Post-acquisition - Acquisition accounting
4. Post-acquisition - Financial Integration of reporting for group
5. Post-acquisition - ERP Integration
Required knowledge, experience and technical skills:
6. Personable, with a strong commitment to team outcomes
7. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards and regulations
8. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Advanced MS Excel skills and data analytics techniques
10. Possessing strong reporting, commercial and analytical skills
11. Quick to get up to speed, able to evidence strong problem-solving skills
12. A self-starter, able to understand a goal or desired outcome and work out how to get there with limited input
13. Qualified accountant and likely to have worked in similar project roles previously
14. Able to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment
Whats on offer?
15. Daily rate £550-650 outside IR35
16. 6 month Contract
17. Probable Extension to 12 months
