A successful SME based in West Kent is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 2 days per week working from home. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a dynamic yet friendly team the Accounts Assistant will: Duties of the Accounts Assistant Role: Process and record supplier invoices to ensure they are ready for the payment run Reconcile supplier statements Process staff expenses and credit cards Perform bank reconciliations Upload sales invoices Assist with month and year-end duties Provide administrative support to the finance team Requirements of the Accounts Assistant Role: AAT student or at least 12 months of experience in a similar role Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables and look-ups.
