The Role:
As a Software Developer, you will be focussed on the development of tools and web platforms to ensure the efficient operation of the company's processes and interaction with suppliers, customers, and other industry partners.
This role would suit an experienced .Net developer looking for a new challenge and wanting to progress their career. Remote working is available for the right candidate with monthly visits to our office in East Yorkshire.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Participate in requirements analysis
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
* Write secure code using .NET programming languages to an excellent standard
* Make necessary improvements to existing software
* Provide support and instruction for end-users
Your Skills and Experience:
* Experience with the .NET framework.
* Command of the C# programming language.
* Proven experience in both consuming and providing RESTful Web APIs.
* Hands-on experience with UI frameworks, such as Blazor.
* Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, like Terraform.
* Proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
* Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server.
* Working knowledge of scripting languages, including JavaScript and Python.
