Role: Maintenance Engineer Salary: Up To £42,000 Location: Wembley Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday OR Monday to Friday (Days Only, 7:30 – 16:00) Benefits: Progression Opportunities, Training, Overtime, Job Security The Business: My Client are a rapidly growing FMCG business that are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to add to their team. Having had a period of successful growth over the last 5 years, they have added more sites to their growing brand and as a result have very realistic opportunities for Maintenance Engineers to grow into site lead or Maintenance Management positions in future dependent on the company needs. On this site they have a team of three Engineers, this is expected to grow as their order book continues to increase and they win more contracts. The Role: The Role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities: Maintenance on all of the automated production machinery Maintenance of the facilities on site when time allows Reactive Maintenance Electrically on Breakers, Contactors, Invertors, Relays, Sensors, Three Phase Motors Pre Planned Maintenance in the afternoons when machine availability is higher, ensuring all greasing, lubrication and visual inspections are completed according to the CMMS system Working on Projects on site looking at cost savings and efficiency improvements where possible The Candidate: The right candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will possess: A Recognised Engineering qualification Experience working Electrically with Maintenance on Machinery Experience with Fault Finding using a Multi Meter and Electrical Drawings Be willing to grow into a senior role with added responsibility in the future Work well within a team and alone The Benefits: The Benefits included for being a successful applicant include: Plenty of OT available paid at 1.5X basic salary Days only with limited weekend work and no nights Realistic progression opportunities to leadership positions within 24 months External training opportunities Great Job Security, working for an emerging rising star in the business with the backing of a multi billion pound company.
