Right now, we’re looking for an Instore Media Manager to lead the integration of new instore media formats across a fast-paced retail environment. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of project delivery, innovation, and stakeholder management — perfect for someone who can turn bold ideas into scalable solutions, while keeping the customer experience front and centre. What you’ll be doing: Lead the Instore Media Roadmap – Execute the vision, drive delivery, and bring new media ideas from pilot to in-store implementation. Drive Innovation – Identify, test, and launch new formats. From print and sampling to digital audio, helping to enhance the retail experience. Be the Glue – Work cross-functionally with vendors, install teams, store operations and internal stakeholders to ensure everything lands smoothly. Think Commercially – Use campaign data and performance insights to refine the proposition and drive ongoing optimisation. Own the Detail – Manage end-to-end media projects, from planning through to activation, with a focus on operational excellence. What you’ll bring: Experience in instore or out-of-home media, either on the supplier, agency, or client side. A background in operations or project management, especially in delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, understanding how to engage teams across marketing and operations. Exposure to print vendors or in-house media environments. Confident in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel — knowledge of Power BI is a bonus.
