Associate Recruiter Korn Ferry are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of our exciting Global Pharmaceutical clients. The Role: As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business. Responsibilities: To attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies Approach and screen candidates Create talent pools as well as pipelining. Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data Work closely with the Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better Skills & Experience: Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices Previous experience in sourcing within the Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences industry Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry would be an advantage but not essential Fluent in both oral and written English High level of attention to detail Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems Ability to work in fast – paced environment
