At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has openings for Security Architects at varying skill level the successful candidate will need to be innovative and motivated with a high level of autonomy, able to develop and present secure solutions to leadership and technical teams.
Role responsibilities:
1. Architect solutions and technically lead their implementation
2. Working closely with the customer’s architecture team to develop solutions
3. Technically lead security projects, ensuring that the customer’s security requirements are met.
4. Provide assistance and support on architectural/technical issues to other team members as required, whilst sharing technical knowledge and experiences
5. Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the DXC Portfolio of Security Products and Services, promoting this with the customer and encouraging best fit solutions
6. Continually review and enhance existing knowledge of the security aspects of common product sets and technologies
7. Provide ‘soft’ consultancy skills and a proactive approach to gain the absolute trust of our customers
8. Support consultancy team personnel.
9. Participate in providing mentoring support and guidance to team members to help grow skills and capabilities

Essential skills:
19. Knowledge in Information Security Consultancy; Experience with cloud development and security requirements.
20. Knowledge of security architectural and/or enterprise architectural frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF).
21. Experience of designing and implementing security solutions through to operation, experience of multi-supplier/multi-platform environments.
22. Ability to interpret and apply appropriate standards, policies, and legislation, e.g., PCI DSS, COBIT, SOX, DPA, HMG SPF, JSP 440, CESG IA Portfolio, ISO27001, etc.
23. CESG Certified Professional (CCP) IA Architect; CCP Security Information Risk Advisor (SIRA); CISSP; ISSAP; SCF/SCP/SCM; TOGAF; ITAC Level 1/2/3; ISO 27001.
