Responsibilities
Assist individuals and families in identifying housing needs and options
Facilitate access to affordable housing solutions
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and housing applications
Conduct outreach and community engagement activities to raise awareness about housing resources
Collaborate with landlords and property management to ensure housing compliance
Address tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide advice on housing rights
Monitor housing conditions and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, urban planning, or a related field
Experience in housing management or community support services
Strong understanding of housing policies and tenant rights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computer systems and housing databases
Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.75
