Working with one of the UK’s fastest growing Retail, footwear and accessories brand who are rapidly expanding nationally via across the world’s leading fashion platforms.
This unique womenswear brand has seen YOY growth, developed an extremely strong and loyal Social Media presence.
This is a pivotal role for an individual with strong online experience required to drive innovation, bring fresh ideas and develop a structure together with the CEO sharing full P&L accountability for the business end to end; managing across B&M, digital, technical, innovation, development and financial. With a significant and growing head count and turnover anticipated to triple over the next 8 years.
The Role and its Requirements
* Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals
* Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. Overseeing the company’s business operations from all aspects.
* Strong trading background with a focus on Merchandising and Sales
* Business partnering and developing relationships with worldwide brands and 3rd part retailers
* Driving on the E-commerce sales
* A dynamic and commercial mind-set with the ability to have a good grasp on the detail whilst keeping the bigger picture in mind.
* Ambitious with demonstrable progression in previous companies with a good sales track history.
* Analytical and communication skills are imperative as is the need to understand and deliver margins to the business
* Understand how best to profitably drive sales through social media and e-commerce. Knowledge of how to structure, analyse and trade products on-line
* Experience in fast growth organisation at a Leadership level.
* Driven, likeable and collaborative manager, with the personality to engage colleagues and influence business shareholders.
* Strong attention to detail, balanced with ability to summarise key issues.
* Confidence to challenge colleagues and directors appropriately in measured way
* The ability to inspire, motivate and develop people.
