We are proud of our world-famous thriving city with its rich culture, affordable housing, stunning waterfront and our beautiful green spaces – there’s really something for everyone The Role: Liverpool City Council are looking for talented and passionate individuals for an exciting opportunity to be part of the Councils approach to tackling the housing and homelessness challenges in our City As a Commissioning and Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of emergency and temporary accommodation services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness You will oversee contract monitoring, quality assurance, and provider relationships, ensuring services meet the highest standards of client satisfaction, dignity, and respect. Using data-driven insights, you will track and evaluate provider performance, benchmark services against national standards, and drive continuous improvement through collaborative working You will work closely with providers to address service failures, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
