Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in CH1 6NE area providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in a care home setting. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a willingness to support both residents and their families.
Duties
1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
2. Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
3. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
4. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
5. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
6. Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
2. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
4. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals.

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
