They offer expert advice, a range of world-leading chemistries and equipment, and a competent after sales service. They help extend the life of existing processes and equipment, recommend, and install new equipment, or look at how best to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Due to continued growth, they are now keen to recruit an experienced Sales Engineer to join its Technical Sales Engineering team. The company has a loyal customer base and has product and equipment that is regarded as best in class. You will be joining an experienced team each of whom leans on their technical knowledge and superior solutions to increase our customers’ processing capabilities. Working closely with a sales coordinator selling precision cleaning equipment, chemicals, and soldering products across the UK (predominantly in the Midlands and South), you will embrace their ‘customer first’ approach and become an expert precision cleaning partner to your customer base. Responsibilities include: Analyse customer requirements and scope technical solution for custom projects. Sell a range of high-quality products for precision cleaning and electrical manufacturing applications. Forge meaningful relationships with a diverse range of clients across the UK, to continue to grow our customer base. Identify new industry sectors suitable for Fraser Technologies' growing product offering. Identify and maintain strong relationships with existing account and conduct process audits. Work with the after-sales team to ensure industry-leading customer service. We are looking for ideally a degree qualified (or equivalent) sales/account manager with an engineering background that is committed to providing best in class customer service. The role provides real autonomy however the company offers a supportive environment and they are looking for someone to take ownership of the existing customer base and as their experience grows looks for opportunities to grow the business. This role is remote and covers from the Midlands to South of England.
