Responsibilities:
As the Senior Account Handler, you will look after multiple commercial insurance portfolios for larger and medium-sized clients, delivering comprehensive insurance services.
Experience Required:
1. Substantial experience in broking, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
2. Commercial broking experience.
3. Knowledge of most commercial insurance products.
4. Familiarity with a diverse range of insurance categories.
5. Experience working as a Senior Account Handler or Account Executive in a similar broking environment.
6. Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLAs.
7. Risk awareness in handling customer information.
8. Understanding of regulatory compliance - adhering to laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the insurance industry.
