My client a is looking for a PA/Office Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires effective communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in various IT applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative activities. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments using Outlook. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare reports and presentations using Word and Excel, showcasing key metrics and performance indicators. Collaborate with other departments to support organisational goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions. Experience Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication in English. Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to office management is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
