About the Role
Join a busy organisation and multifaceted housing services team dedicated to helping those in housing need.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the housing sector, preferably with experience of homelessness. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate about improving outcomes for customers.
What we need from you
We are seeking an individual with professional-level experience demonstrating competency in the Housing & Homelessness Act. You will provide a housing options service to our customers, giving guidance on a range of housing-related matters. Excellent communication and customer-care skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexibly as part of a busy team.
The council is committed to supporting ongoing development through coaching, mentoring, and formal training.
