• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for children with complex needs in the community.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship within a small team of Occupational Therapists (OT), OT assistant and regular students.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with team coordination, performance monitoring, and service development.
• Ensure person-centred care is delivered in line with service standards and best practice.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of record-keeping and documentation

• Degree in Occupational TherapyandHCPC registration.
• Significant experience in paediatric occupational therapy(at either Band 6 or Band 7 level).
• Strong clinical leadership and team-working skills.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff and/or students.
• Ability to manage a varied and highly complex caseload and provide high-quality care in a community setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families in the community.
• Experience of working under pressure and actively using formal and informal supervision to support this.
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing needs and priorities.
