Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are Recruiting for a Client Services & Admin Advisor for their client based in Bradford, Yorkshire.
As a Customer Service & Admin Advisor, you will be responsible for working within a busy finance department, managing credit with our clients' key customers proactively.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email, are dealt with in the agreed SLAs.
2. Process supplier and customer documents to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
3. Contribute to ensuring the O2C & P2P processes are efficient, compliant, and have full knowledge of the process controls.
4. Complete administrative tasks for O2C & P2P correctly and within the pre-agreed timescales.
Person Specification
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Excellent data entry skills, both in speed and accuracy.
3. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word & emails.
4. Previous experience in a similar customer-facing, service-oriented role.
5. An understanding of credit control, purchase ledger, and/or invoice management would be advantageous.
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £24,000 + attractive company benefits!
The position is working from home / Hybrid - The successful applicant will be required to travel to Bradford 2 times a week.
