Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for an ADMINISTRATOR to join our team. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £7632.34 (£22,261 FTE) per annum. About the ADMINISTRATOR role: The role has the responsibility for providing administration support to the project/service and to ensure that all activities are delivered in line with the funding agreements and in line with Royal Voluntary Service Vision and Core Values to achieve key performance indicators. The overall purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive range of administrative support activities in an efficient and effective manner in line with funding agreements. To support the Service Manager and the Service Coordinators to ensure accurate data recording, compliance with all standards and support with all administrative duties. Hours: 12 hours, Monday to Thursday mornings. And understanding of the value of volunteering and the support that they require. Knowledge and experience of databases. Skills Excellent communication and listening skills. Good organisation and facilitation skills. Ability to work on own initiative within the parameters set. Experience Experience of working with volunteers. Experience of working in an office environment with remote support. Previous administration experience.
